One of the nicest aspects of hypnosis when used during hypnotherapy, is the wonderful relaxation people feel. Often people come to see me just to have this deeply relaxed 'me' time.

The time for change?
RIGHT NOW!
There are many reasons you could have for visiting this web site, perhaps you need to stop a dangerous habit like smoking or get an area of your life back under control. The fact that you are looking here for help means clinical hypnotherapy is probably an excellent option for you.

This is hardly surprising, given our fast pace of life so full of targets and deadlines. With all the pressure we are under it can be easy sometimes to get wound up. You may feel tired, irritable and depressed. A deep relaxation session with the emphasis on getting to the root of any underlying causes of depression could prove to be just what you need.
When we do anything for the first time it can be a bit daunting, we don't know what to expect and hypnotherapy can be a bit like stepping into the unknown or taking a leap of faith. Like the little fish on the left if you take that leap of faith you may find yourself going from a tiny goldfish bowl into a whole new pond!

We all have! There is a world of difference between a stage hypnotist and a clinical hypnotherapist whose aim it is to help you. It is impossible during a session with a hypnotherapist for them to make you act in any way that would seem uncomfortable or out of character. So unless you really want to act like Elvis it' s just not going to happen.
It can help us with fears and phobias, weight loss, exam nerves, job interviews, panic attacks, stress, depression and pain control. It can even help with performance when playing competitive sport. I could write you a huge list of the of things we can tackle and I think it would absolutly amaze you how long and varied that list would be.

Just as you might go and have a deep tissue body massage to allow your muscles to let go of any tension so you can do the same for your mind!
